Conclusion of Bread Baking Training Course

The closing ceremony of the professional bread baking training course sponsored by Dafniya Food Industries Complex, one of Whiba Holding subsidiaries, was held at the Al-Mahari Hotel – Tripoli. The course which took place from October 25 to November 24, 2022 and was attended by 200 trainees received the accreditation of the Quality Assurance and Professional Calibration Center and in cooperation with Municipality of the Friday Market, General Syndicate of Bakers, and Food Control Center in the Friday Market. The ceremony was also attended by Director of the Intermediate Institutes Department at Ministry of Education, Director of the Archive Office, Director of Specifications and Standards Center, and a number of representatives of concerned authorities.

The attendees emphasized the importance of these courses and programs and the role of the private sector in supporting sustainable spatial and community development, praising the sponsorship of the Dafniya Complex for Food Industries for this program, in which all trainees obtained a license to practice baking. Receiving a trophy at the end of the celebration, the management of Dafniya Complex expressed its determination to organize and sponsor training programs as part of Whiba Holding plan for this year.
